Hybrid Heater Delivery

The design and fabrication cycle of Hybrid heaters is the longest and most complex option for heater customers. While traditional heater deliveries are 48-hours to 3 weeks, Hybrid Heaters require 5-6 weeks to deliver. This is mostly due to the cooperative and joined design work in integrating the control logic.

Flexible Heater and Control System Package

All Flex heaters, together with its capability in the design and manufacturing of flexible printed circuit boards, will produce hybrid combination heaters for customers desiring a self-contained and fully-integrated control system. These advanced heaters integrate multiple resistivity foils into one physical unit, providing signal-speed processing along with resistive heating elements.

Collaboratively Designed

Hybrid heaters are customized in collaboration with the customer and provide distinct packaging and cost advantages for certain electronic devices with high density designs.

All Flex experience and knowledge in blending material technologies and its component mounting capabilities (SMD/Leaded, Automated/Manual) provide the framework for the advanced Hybrid heater designs. All Flex can build the control board from a schematic or will take DXF/Gerber layouts and do the full board design.
