With All Flex, you can implement differing watt density zones within one overall heater. Custom designed to your specific requirements, your system may have the need for hotter/cooler locations within one processing sequence, all driven by the same controller. Or you may desire to have different zones driven by different controllers, but you prefer one physical heater instead of multiple heaters.

All Flex multi-zone heater designs give customers full flexibility in managing their processes while offering uniform and easy-to-install heating elements. Multi-zone heaters are available in both polyimide and silicone rubber.
