UNIFORM THERMAL PATTERN

Even if the heat element pattern is designed uniformly, the heat dissipation in the finished assembly can change depending upon many factors, including mass variance, airflow, attachment uniformity, and nearby heat generating devices, etc. Traditionally designed flexible heaters don’t compensate for these other variables in the system.

All Flex offers precision profiling of the heater design, adjusting the thermal loss in the overall system – so that the end result is even thermal distribution.
